To sum it up, a serene location that exceeded my expectations. After arriving on the island the host suggested I check in early. The place was easy to find and the greeting I received was so warm it melted my heart. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed to cook for myself. Just 5 minutes walk away from my favourite beach on the island and a stones throw from the forest it was a little slice of paradise. Perhaps the most beautiful part about the whole experience was the authentic warmth and kindness that radiated from the hosts mum. She is an absolutely lovely woman whom I enjoyed every interaction with. It is the people that make the place, and for that reason this location has a special place in my heart.

La estancia fue estupenda, la casa tiene todas las comodidades necesarias, Yanis y Eva fueron de gran ayuda con consejos sobre los mejores lugares alrededor, además el lugar está muy bien ubicado fácilmente se puede llegar caminando desde el puerto Skala, los lugares para comer y actividades cercanas tipo picnic y hiking igual super cercanas y accesibles y obviamente las playas cercanas increíbles, muy recomendable quedarse por aquí!

The place is clean, they changed sheets and towels every 2 days and the host lady was always very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, 3 min walk from Skliri beach, 10 min from Chalikiada. There are also a few good restaurants near by that we visited for lunch. On the negative side, the Wifi is unstable in the evening and last few days when it was raining it didn't work at all. It would also be good to put a little sign on the mainstreet showing where to turn, because when we first arrived the maps was not showing us the right turning. We figured out where it is pretty quickly but the sign would have saved us some meters on foot with lagguage.

Ήταν ένας πολύ όμορφος χώρος με ωραίο περιβάλλον και ευγενικούς οικοδεσπότες. Αν επισκεφθούμε πάλι το νησί θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή για τη διαμονή μας !
