This was a great choice. In a neighborhood, but quiet and with empty lot and huge tree near patio, it felt a tad more private. Very clean and roomy. Nicely decorated and close to everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!!

This is a great place to stay. And, in fact, if it is available, I would stay there again. But, if you depend upon internet, be aware that the internet speed is poor at times. Tate did everything he could to make it better, but if I had not had a backup (phone hotspot), I would have been in trouble. Tate was a great host and was very responsive to any concern I had. Great place! Thanks Tate!
