Booking requirement for this home is 25 years of age. ID will be required at check in and guests that book will be not refunded money if they are under the age of 25. The neighborhood around the home is very quiet from 10 pm to 6 am there is an ordinance that requires all guests to be inside if their voices can be heard within 50 feet. All guests must adhere to the local ordinance. No parties and loud music/people will be tolerated. Any violation of this rule could result in removal and eviction from the home without refund.
