The house has a wondeful feeling about it and the views are some of the best you,ll get of Adelaide especially of a night time. The kitchen is something to behold and the whole house has a very nice feel about it. There needs to be a lot more maintenance done before this place starts getting a lot of bad reviews but nothing that cant be fixed and this would be a complete shame because it has so much appeal and it really could be made something very special

This house has amazing views, and the pool area is amazing, but it is not heated. Lucas told us he was waiting on a part to fix the heater, but the pool cleaner told us the heating was removed off the roof. So I think that was a lie. The pool doesnt get much sun at all during the day so we never even got to use it over a month stay. The house definitely needs some TLC and appliances updated. the dishwasher doesn't clean very well. The bbq down stairs had a gas leak and when we woke up the next morning after a bbq the whole house was full of gas!!!!! the oven upstairs doesn't work, keeps cutting out. it was like this for a month and lucas never got it fixed. Just expected us to carry hot food up and down the stairs as there's an oven by the pool. Still not fixed and next tenant will walk into the same thing. Lucas's response time to any msgs was appalling! Some reply took 24 and even 48hrs to get back to you. Nice house but his service is definitely not worth the money.

This house is in a great location with spectacular views. Very close to Marion Shopping Centre. It is definitely a beautiful big old mansion. Some things broken/ not working but they weren't essential so we still very much enjoyed our stay. The pool heater wasn't working, so it was unfortunate that we didn't get to use this space. Lots of security Cameras, but I'm not sure if they were working. Host was very accommodating to our late booking and organised a cleaner to come in and get it ready. Would definitely book this property again.
