We loved our stay at this house! Great open first floor was perfect for hanging out. Comfortable beds with great separation in sleeping rooms. We weren't there for a race but I can imagine it would be an awesome bunk house for a race trip. Great location just a block from the Main Street business district with lots of restaurants and the Speedway across from that.

This house worked perfectly for my boss - the house was so convenient being the fact it was right across the street to the Indianapolis Racetrack.

The space and number of beds this house had available is what led me to booking. Upon arrival the house was accurately represented in the photos. While checking the layout of the house I noticed the floors in the kitchen and the stairs were pretty sticky. I also noticed the same issue on the kitchen island. After finding a cabinet with cleaning supplies I ended up cleaning the counters. I then used the swiffer to clean the sticky kitchen floors. The wet cleaning pad was almost black after I finished cleaning the floor. Unfortunately, it did not end there. The refrigerator was grimy and dirty. It did not look cleaned or touched at all and made me feel very uncomfortable storing food. I then made my way upstairs where I found the glass shower covered in more grime and water spots with a stale looking wash cloth resting on the top of the shower with 4 or 5 dead flies and a dead lady bug in the shower. After spending a good portion of my first night there cleaning the spaces we were using myself, we had an enjoyable stay. However, I think I would have done less cleaning had I just stayed at my own house. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this house.

Great home with ample space for our team. We were only a short distance from the speedway which was perfect! Super quiet neighborhood and charming touches throughout the home.

Place was great very close to Indy. House was clean and spacious. Pam the host was awesome.
