YOU MAY SIMPLY CHILL & ENJOY YOUR DRINK AROUND THE POOL! My holiday apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood of Sunny Beach, within 8 minutes walking distance from the beach. My 70 m² in size apartment has two bedrooms, living room with bed sofa for 1 persons, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with a toilet, terrace and small private garden. With modern furnishing and household stuff the apartment is fully functional. My guests have free access to pool and public parking. Before you book my apartment, please ACCEPT the Pool rules: Jumping, Diving and Running is not allowed! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in/around Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The Café-bar offers drinks served in plastic cups or cans, allowing you to enjoy your beverage while relaxing around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed! Our Café-bar offers a variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks, ice cream... Children under 3 years are charged EUR 4.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs. Arrival/Departure: Arrival after 15h. If the apartment is available earlier you can enter earlier. Departure before 12h00. If the apartment is available you can leave later. I will gladly arrange a transfer from/to the airport.
