We advise potential tenants to read the extensive additional house rules (especially fines). Be sure you're OK with those before you book. The view and location are very nice, the house is very clean. Garbage collection before 7am for six days a week will wake you up, so best suited for morning people.

Nice neighborhood, with well maintained common showers, common garden and a rocky beach 50m away (not suitable for swimming, but where one can relax and kids can play), nice view of the sunrise. Sunbeds and umbrellas available inside the house. On the downside: beds in the kids' room not comfortable; floors not very clean and the owner's expectations regarding the cleanliness of the place at check-out not on par with that aspect.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Porto Corallo. La vue de la maison est magnifique et la résidence très calme. Les plages accessibles à pied sont très agréables avec une eau transparente et pas trop peuplées. Chiara est disponible et très réactive. La maison est bien adaptée pour une semaine en famille, farniente ou découverte des plages du sud de l’île…

We spent a month at Chiara’s cosy bungalow, which is within a large residential area, with open views to the sea and a short 50m walk to a small rocky cove! We spent a lot of time on the terrace with its shady area and great views. Costa Rei beaches are a 30 min drive away which allowed us to go exploring different beaches each day. There was a great little cafe a short walk away with excellent coffee, pastries, little snacks, and cocktails. Else the nearest town was 15 min away! The internet was fast and reliable as we were also working remotely! Thanks for an excellent stay!
