Perfect for a few days away, especially if you are bringing your dog. Peacefully situated, with walks right from the door and beautiful views if you head up the road just a few hundred meters. Though the listing is via an intermediary, the host who greets you is lovely and will do everything he can to make your stay pleasant (host did not speak English, however we managed through an online translation tool). There is plenty of parking right outside the door and the closest supermarket can be found in Morbach, just over 10 minutes drive away. The only downside for some people will be the dated decor (though the kitchen is very modern), creaky floors and slight lack of kitchen implements (bowls, scissors and proper kitchen knives are absent, which makes cooking a little difficult). However, this is offset by the low cost of the accommodation. Very welcoming to people travelling with dogs. Will absolutely stay there again if I visit the area.
