The Living Room includes a European fold out sleeper, flat screen HDTV with an Xbox and Amazon Fire Stick with HBO, NETFLIX and STARZ (Fires Sticks are connected to every TV in the house). There is also a deck with sitting area off the living room that has great views of the Yampa Valley. The Master Bedroom includes a California King bed and a flat screen TV, with a connected full Master Bath and ample closet space. The in home office is set-up off the kitchen with a flat screen MAC and Canon printer and free WIFI which is connected to a SONOS system for music. The second bedroom has a King size bed and a flat screen TV, and the bathroom is located two steps away. There is a full sized washer and dryer located off the kitchen. All furnishings, Plates, Utensils, Pots and Pans, Linens, Towels and Mattresses are brand new.
