We had a delightful stay in Pollenca! The house is located a bit outside of the center but in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. If you come for cycling, the house is located perfectly to start your route toward the Sierra de Tramuntana. We especially enjoyed the big kitchen to make dinner after a day on the bikes. Yosune was a really caring host and gave us tipps for the stay. Communication was perfect.

La maison est très bien adaptée pour une grande famille ( nous étions 10) mais c'est une maison d'été. Nous y avons séjourné en avril et avons eu 4 jours de froid et pluie sur la semaine. La maison dans ce cas n'est pas très confortable car sans isolation ni chauffage intégré sauf 2 petits radiateurs électriques que nous avons utilisés à minima compte tenu du règlement sur l'électricité consommée. Yosune nous a très bien accueillis et nous pourrions y retourner mais nous choisirions uniquement les mois d'été pour éviter les problèmes de froid.

Just off the main road - so easy to find & convenient, yet far enough for privacy & seclusion We enjoyed the communal space - kitchen/dining/sitting, and good outside spaces too for dining & sun-loungers A great family venue

We have just returned from one of the most wonderful and memorable holidays that we as a family have ever had. Our host, Yosune and her husband, welcomed us and were always on hand if we needed information on the local area or if any problems arose and we needed help. The villa is in tranquil settings and well situated to allow easy exploration of the local area with the nearest beach only a gentle 15 minute walk away. My favourite spot, where we could relax as a family on a comfortable seating area overlooking the garden, was the very large and well-shaded veranda. The photos supplied of the villa are accurate and show how lovely a place it is to stay in. My husband and I particularly loved the self-contained apartment upstairs which provided us with our own chill out space. The pool, as you can imagine, was frequently used each day and was really appreciated in both cooling us down and creating much fun and and laughter. Thank you Yosune for making our stay so enjoyable.
