位置非常便利！捷运站很近！大人完全可以散步到101，新光三越等shopping mall。自己带着小朋友就比较不方便。房间也和照片上看的一样，有厨房，不过我们没有做饭。唯一不方便的就是厕所门没办法常开，上厕所又想看着房间里的孩子就没办法办到。但是总体入住体验非常好

步行到101捷運以及信義商圈十幾分鐘，房東會等在樓下接我們，房間乾淨好用，附近的威美早餐店、初酯日料店東西好吃不貴。

The inside was nice and clean, and the host accommodated us for a late night check in. The view of Taipei 101 is fabulous. The biggest issue for us was that the location registered in Airbnb was not the actual location of the apartment. Even the written description says it a 3-5 min walk from Taipei 101, but it was at least 15 mins. This needs to be fixed, as it’s extremely misleading. The apartment itself was a nice place. The fridge was not clean upon arrival and there were no hand towels for us, only bath towels. WiFi cuts in and out all the time. There is also no microwave, so we were not able to heat up our leftovers. Instructions for the washing machine would have been nice. I don’t think we will choose to stay here again.

Great location near Taipei 101, amazing host who was proactive and responsive in helping my parents get to the apartment before I arrived. Gave me peace of mind days before I arrived. The apartment decor and furniture was a bit outdated and not modern as suggested, but overall we had a wonderful stay!

Check in is slightly late but fortunately, there is a bakery downstairs where you can hang out. I like the location. It is about a 12 minutes walk from the metro with my luggage. It's within a 10 minutes walk to a lively, especially in the morning, local market so food and necessities are never a problem. There are also plenty of good local restaurants nearby. The bathrooms were not clean and problematic. The shower in the master bathroom were full of mildews. We had to buy some cheap plastic slippers from the market to avoid standing on the grouts that were full of it. That toilet also had problem with flushing as it took 1/2 an hr to fill up. It took the landlord 3 nights to fix that problem. There is problem with a periodic odor stench from the shower drain. I think it is from a shallow P-trap that drained the airlock from other flushing activities. We had to physically pour water into the shower drain to prevent the odor. 2nd bathroom has cracks all over the toilet.
