The private entrance was a wonderful amenity, allowing us the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Our host Grace was respectful of our privacy but always available when we needed assistance ir friendlyconversation. The room, although small, was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful view of the pool. Grace went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and at home. I was offered fresh coffee every morning, which was a delightful touch. Communication was seamless, and we thoroughly enjoyed the company of the dogs, Mina and Charlotte. We only regret not being able to visit during the summer months to take advantage of the pool and grill.

Grace and her 2 pups, Mina and Charlotte were incredible! There’s a beautiful back yard with a pool and bar area that I enjoyed in the mornings either my coffees. Grace met us upon Check in to introduce us to the dogs, and she was very interested to hear our story! Super responsive if I had any questions. 10/10 would recommend

An absolute gem! Grace and her place are perfect. Quiet neighborhood, incredible yard and genuine hospitality. The dogs are the best welcoming crew! Highly recommend. Close to Universal theme park. Groundworks coffee shop is a must-great service & food in a historical building.

It was a great experience and we already miss her dogs :), the house was clean and with the Pool always have a place to hang around, although the host lives close she is Caring and nice but isnt intrusive or getting to close in anyway. a 10/10 housing experience for us.
