Fantastisch mooie locatie! Matt & Ali zijn zo gastvrij en open. Een hele leuke plaats om even helemaal weg te zijn. Mooi zwembad, veel ruimte, veel privacy,… We zijn fan!
Stayed in the Gîte Carlit at a time when Ali and Matt were themselves away. Their communication was great with extremely clear instructions and left us in the capable hands of Audrey and Yann during our stay. Firstly, wow! The best AirBnB we have stayed in - just perfect. The building itself has been fitted out to impeccable standards. The beds are extremely comfortable with great linen. We slept like babies. The water tastes amazing. I could keep going. Audrey and Yann were amazing, such fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome and looked after. Thank you both :). My partner had a healing session with Audrey. She has had a few similar experiences and Audrey's was exceptional so highly recommend seeing her!
La Taillede is a really special place! My partner and I spent a long weekend in Gite Carlit and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the stay. Ali and Matt are warm and accomodating hosts, and the gite was cozy and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the morning sun on the terrace and the private hot tub. We hope to come back and highly recommend!
Séjour exceptionnel dans un environnement magnifique ! Ali et Matt ont été extrêmement gentils, merci a eux pour l'accueil, leur réactivité et leur disponibilité ! Logement conforme a la description, propreté impeccable et très bien équipé. Une vue incroyable, depuis le gîte, vous attend ! Nous avons pu profité d'une très belle piscine toute neuve 😁, d'un bain nordique rien que pour nous !

Hi! We are Ali & Matt, English, and we live on a hill farm in the French Pyrenees with our 2 kids, lots of animals, Ali's parents and another lovely couple. We are building our dream; an ecological project, building holiday gites and trying to be as self sufficient as possible. We love being up a mountain, not too far from the sea, and enjoy the great outdoors, good company and good food & wine.
