Nice home in a good neighborhood and close to SARA Park. Home was well maintained had comfortable beds and a nice common area and kitchen.

1. Dirty empty storage jars on kitchen counter 2. Stains on living room furniture 3. The refrigerator door full of old condiments, the freezer nearly FULL of old food! 4. Most central window treatments damaged/inoperative. 5. Dead bugs on the living room carpet along base boards; dead grasshoppers in pantry 6. No batteries BluRay player remote. 7. No Audio/Video instructions; we figured it out but very inconvenient. Color/sound on living room television worse than the 1970’s. 8. Kitchen sink rug spotty and dirty. 9. No kitchen trash bags; kitchen trash can coated inside/out w/sticky dried food. 10. Bath towels mildewed/stinking 11. The dishwasher drain was backed up and countertop vent FLOODED kitchen countertop. 12. Master bathroom shower handle clunky loose 13. Bathroom wall clock stopped—dead battery. 14. Pool table in garage with no A/C and noxious smell of gasoline yet Evolve rep. stated otherwise. 15. NO ONE is attending to this property. It appeared and felt abandoned.

The home was beautiful and just as described. Felt right at home and the bed was very comfortable. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. Only, and I do mean the only, thing i wasnt thrilled with was i had to leave 2 days early because of a death in the family back home and they were not willing to refund me the 2 days. Other than that, the home was fantastic!

The home was great! Very clean and comfortable. The only issue was when we first entered, the alarm went off and we were not notified there was one. It was remotely disarmed pretty quickly though so it wasn’t that big of a deal. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!
