Distance from the nearest beach Sabunike mol (Sabunike peer) is 850 m (7-10-minute walk). Small bays are located on one side of the peer, while on the other side you can find Sabunike part of Queen’s beach (about 1,2 km from the apartment or 12-15 minute walk) and medicinal mud (2,2 km). You can walk to those beaches through the shade of a nearby promenade stretching along Sabunike after which you can continue your walk along the coast. During the summer season, there is a small marketplace and several restaurants and cafés open in Sabunike, while within a distance of 2,5 km several supermarkets are open the entire year.
The studio apartment is located about 5 km from the island Vir, 5 km from the old royal town Nin and 17 km from the historic city Zadar. For those looking for an active holiday, there is a kiteboarding and windsurfing school nearby (5 km from the apartment), as well as an adventure park (10 km from the apartment). There is also a 21 km long bicycle path (a combination of dirt roads and paved roads) going through Sabunike.

— AUTOMOBIL: Apartman ima privatno parkirno mjesto. Glavna cesta koja vodi prema Ninu, Zadru ili otoku Vir nalazi se nekoliko metara od apartmana.
— AUTOBUS: Jedna autobusna stanica udaljena je 50-ak metara od apartmana, ali autobusi vrlo rijetko staju na toj stanici. Sljedeća najbliža autobusna stanica zove se „Glavanci“ i nalazi se oko 1,4 kilometara od apartmana (cca 17-20 minuta hoda). Na toj stanici staju neki lokalni (prijevoznik „Liburnija“) i međugradski autobusi (autobusna linija “Vir - Zadar – Vir” i “Privlaka - Zadar – Privlaka”).
