Equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, you'll have everything needed to get away for the weekend. Whether you plan to spend the day catching some rays by the pool or exploring the region's many attractions, you can start off on the right foot with a fresh pot of complimentary coffee. When the day's adventures are done, a plush, king-sized bed will be ready when you return. A subtropical haven nestled in the lush green natural preserves of Florida’s wetlands, Cypress Pointe Resort beckons travelers to unwind in spacious accommodations and indulge in the rich comfort of well-appointed amenities. The ideal family retreat, this resort offers plenty of on-site entertainment including an outdoor swimming pool featuring a water volcano, children’s pools and playgrounds, fitness center, game room and much more. Please know that there is only one parking pass per room. Please note that there are only balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. Resort Fees At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. $22.50 + tax per night required at check-in which includes Guest internet access, shuttle service to select theme parks (Disney, SeaWorld & Universal); mini-golf; sports equipment (tennis, basketball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard); barbecue equipment; PressReader. Fully Refundable Security deposit is $200 USD due at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card- cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols.

Perfect location for both Universal and Disney.
Beds were nice, the room was clean and the location was right in between I-drive and Disney. Convenience like Wawa and Walgreens is down the street! A note for those with vehicles: only one is allowed per room. Before you book please read that they require a $300 security deposit.
Great room, but no washing machine.
This place during the pandemic is absolutely clean and they do their best to maintain a safe environment for guests. The location is perfectly in between theme parks and plenty of places to eat.
