I would have to say that this was the worst airbnb experience ever. The central heating didnt work and it had to be the coldest 2 weeks ever. The only heating we had was a gas heating in the lounge room, the 4 th bedroom was like sleeping in Siberia. I do need to say that the host came and provide us with a electric heater for the 4th bedroom. The one toilet was just terrible, the door didn't shut and it was like being outside. Wifi, well it was hotspotting from a mobile phone. It was not sufficient for our use during our stay as we were 4 people working from home. Many times we had to purchase our own data. Rob did provide us an internet booster. By week 2 it couldn't get worst the heating in the lounge stopped working. Not a comfortable stay at all.

We had a really great time staying at Roberts place for 2 weeks. From the time of booking until check out everything went smoothly. The house was great, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We are a family of 6 people and the house was perfect for us. We had a problem with the wifi but Robert responded and fixed the problem within the day. Will definetley book again here if i get the chance.

Robert's house is spacious and perfect for our family stayed in Melbourne. The house is clean and nice to come back to after a day exploring Melbourne. Also close to airport, CBD and DFO, which is a bonus for those who like shopping. We really enjoyed our stayed at Robert's house. Thanks for hosting our stay in Melbourne.
