Great for a large group gathering. The two kitchens helped a lot. Was quiet and out of the way of hustle and bustle city life. If needing a large group gathering spot in Central Michigan again...I will gladly look for this places availability.

We had a great time loved the older look and decor was unique the curtains could have been hang nicer. But would come back in a heart beat very nice and guite setting GREAT PLACE

Beverly's place was a great weekend getaway for a group of friends. It was very homey and spacious, and lots of land to be outside on. Clare, Michigan, is also a really cute downtown area.

My team and I had a great time here, plenty of room for everyone, the hot tube was a hit. I would definitely rent this place again.
