This home was built in the 1970s by a noble family from Palermo. The family quickly fell in love with the area and beautiful sea views and decided to create their summer vacation home. The house is made up of four separate apartments (approx. 753 sf each). each with their own balcony and unique sea view. The outdoor patio and garden is a shared area, with covered parking, outdoor showers, a BBQ and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the warm Sicilian sun. The home's unique position allows you to have breathtaking, panoramic views of one of the most beautiful coastlines of Sicily. Less than a mile away is Scopello, with its rocky and dramatic coastline it is a treasured beauty for locals and tourists alike. Other nearby beaches include; Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, Cala Rossa, Cala Bianca, Punta Pispisa and many more. Another nearby treasure is, The Zingaro, the first nature preserve in Sicily.

A great place for a short stay with all required comforts and a fantastic view of the mountain and the sea. Our only issue was that the place was a little noisy at night due to plumbing and pump fittings. Location to beach was great. Host was nice to deal with.
Traumhafte Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse zum Meer. Nicht weit zu einem der schönsten Strände in der Umgebung. Claudio ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr unterstützt. Wir haben die Zeit hier genossen und kommen wieder. Vielen Dank Claudio!
Le logement est très propre, bien décoré, très bien équipé et de qualité. La terrasse est immense avec une vue magnifique, mer et campagne. Un petit bémol à certaines heures : le bruit de la route. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité du propriétaire.
We enjoyed our stay at Salvatore's place. The apartment was very clean and we had the whole place to ourselves as it was September. The deck and the view were great. Salvatore was very helpful with check in - even though he had a few calls as we had wifi issues.
