We enjoyed our stay very much. The flat was very clean and there was everything you need. Little side note: do not hang wet/washed clothes over the chairs on the balcony - they’ll stain your clothes. All in all, we would highly recommend the airbnb!

We have had a pleasant stay. The view is stunning and the apartment is cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped and we found everything we needed during our stay. We are also impressed by the Welcome Guide which we found very useful. Alirio was very responsive in communication. We experienced a water supply disruption because of an urgent repair that affected the whole block (which was outside of the host's control). Alirio was kind enough to drive to the apartment to follow up with the block management, keep us updated when we were away for our tour, and check everything was okay before we came back to the apartment. The water supply resumed normal before we came back. We have to thank Alirio, he cares about his guests and tries his very best to help. We also like the designated parking spaces which we found very convenient. No need to worry about getting a ticket. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Todo perfecto. tanto urbanizacion como la casa impresionante. si hay que poner algun pero seria el sofa cama que el colchon esta para cambiarlo. por lo demás un 10.

Im März zu zweit für 9 Tage gemietet, die Wohnung war leicht zu finden. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöner Ausblick, ruhige gemütliche Wohnung und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gab ein kleines Willkommens-Schoki , eine Flasche Wasser und Sekt. Gute Kommunikation mit Alirio, auch bei Fragen wurde kurzfristig geholfen. Der Pool ist anfangs etwas kalt, aber er ist groß und lädt zum baden und sonnen ein. Etwas anzumerken ist trotzdem , dass noch Teller und Besteck in der Spülmaschine waren. Ich habe diese dann abgewaschen, war schnell erledigt - kein Problem. Da sollte man nochmal nachschauen, ob alles ausgeräumt wurde. Ansonsten hatten wir einen super schönen und erholsamen Urlaub ! Wir würden auf jedem Fall gerne wieder buchen. Danke :-)

We boekten dit appartement voor het terras. Dat voldeed aan de wensen. Het appartement is voor 2 personen prima, maar prijs/kwaliteit voor ons niet helemaal in balans. De douche is bijvoorbeeld vrij krap en heeft wat gebruikerssporen waardoor het wat minder fris aanvoelt. Het was overigens wel schoon! Verdiep je goed in de locatie. In de directe omgeving is alles ingericht op toerisme voor gezinnen. Daar hadden wij als koppel zonder kinderen minder behoefte aan. Je hebt een auto nodig om 'de baai' te verlaten. Puerto Mogan ligt op het oog dichtbij maar is zeker een kwartier rijden. Het is dus niet zo'n handige uitvalbasis. Dat hadden wij beter kunnen onderzoeken voordat we boekten. De incheckinstructies waren super duidelijk, parkeerplaats voor de deur en het flesje Cava bij ontvangst zorgt dat je meteen neer kunt strijken op het balkon met een drankje.
