Left Chris one star for cleanliness and inaccurate listing. Only 5 stars for ease of checkin. House was not clean when I arrived, and stayed that way for the duration of my stay. Kitchen is extremely unclean and I would not recommend using the countertops or stove for preparing any foods. Listing is a bit deceptive regarding the washer and dryer across the street. It is located at another residence, on the outside of their property on the side of their house. Seems a bit strange. Anyway, the dryer was broken for two weeks so I never bothered to use it anyway. There are some laundry places located a couple miles away. Not many positives I can say about this place. You have your own bathroom, heating works good, and also in the room is your own AC unit. But would suggest choosing other hosts who keep their property clean and try to provide a more hospital experience.

Fantastic stay - Chris is very kind and responsive. Lots of things to do around the area. BART & Tesla closeby, restaurants, bars & cinemas. This is my third time staying here with no issues at all. Very smooth check in. Thank you Chris
