Très bel appartement spacieux et lumineux. La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée. La véranda est une pièce de vie très agréable. La communication avec Erwann est top, et Ophélie nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables.

Logement impeccable à notre arrivée et c’est suffisamment rare pour être signalé. L’appartement est également très bien équipé. Ophélie a été top pour l’accueil et le départ. Centre ville accessible à pied en 15/20 minutes. Très satisfaits de notre location, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'appartement est très bien tenu, avec une déco un peu "kitch" mais sympathique, les chambres et Salle d'eau sont nickel, la résidence est moyenne, les parties communes ne sont pas de toute jeunesse donc pas très accueillantes. Nous étions sur place pour le salon du Grand Pavois donc l'appartement est pour cela bien placé même si le quartier ne propose pas beaucoup de choix d'activités.

Fantastic flat in a great location. Short walk to the supermarket, beach, bars, restaurants and La Rochelle center. La Rochelle is a wonderful location. Already planning return trip and will be booking this apartment for sure. Erwann was super helpful throughout the booking process and whilst we were there.

We had a good week exploring the area. The flat was well equipped with everything you needed. Good communication with Erwann before and during the stay if needed. Slight issue with Wi-Fi which was eventually resolved. Added bonus with the garage but definitely not for large cars!!
