Paul is super nice person and was very responsive. The house is right on the beach and has a great view. The house has been renovated and has a very cute beach theme going on with a lot of blue colors and decorations. The house looked mostly clean except for some of the extra bed sheets and blankets didn't look like they were throughly checked and stored neatly so it does make me wonder how clean all the bed sheets are. A lot of the extra sheets and blankets were just stuffed/throw in the drawers and not neatly folded so it was questionable if those were washed, especially since we had to use them for the pull out couches. However, the sheets on the beds were clean and looked neat. Additionally, my booking was for March which is still cold, so some of the heaters didn't work so one of the rooms was very cold and the heater would not turn on/work very well that the room never warmed up. Overall, good experience at this house and with the host and would recommend.

Paul does a great job with communication. We had 7 people in our party. The only hard part was that there isn’t a lot of seating in the living room area. Obviously, in the other seasons of the year, it’s not an issue!

Great place! Wonderful, right on the ocean. Loved the fire pit and walks along the beach.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had our Thanksgiving gathering here and the house accommodated all of us, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed! It was so entertaining to watch the surfers right across the street! Prime location, I highly recommend it!

Everything was great, but we would’ve liked more comfortable seating in common areas. The house was well stocked ,anything you would need was there. We enjoyed our visit, and we would definitely visit again.
