I can’t imagine there’s a better place to stay in pavones than Jamie’s. It’s very close to everything but also extremely private. Has to be one of the most beautifully maintained properties in town. One of the best things after a surf was the outdoor shower. You’re able to walk straight up the river from the beach right to the property. I can’t recommend this place enough. Not a-lot of frills in the house but all the necessities.

Our stay at Jamies place was awesome. Our cabin had everything we needed, clean, convenient and close to supermarkets, several small restaurants and the small street across the street goes down to the plaza, beach, and other small restaurants. The property’s gardens are beautiful and the private entrance from the property to the river is a real priviledge added by the great experience of going down the river with Jamies floats, highly recommended if the river is high. We also enjoyed a lot and highly recommend the waterfall that Jamie recommended in Playa Punta Banco, very easy access from the beach and a true gem and a must do. We also did the cacao workshop and the art workshop with Hadas. All these activitied highly recommended if you are coming with kids. Overall we highly recommend Jamies place and Pavones is a trully special small, tranquil and nature abundant town with lots to do and explore. We enjoyed a lot our stay thanks so much for everything Jamie!

Extremely convenient location - walk to the break, restaurants, and stores. Beautiful vegetation around the studio. Accommodations provide for basic/simple needs for a stay in the area. The host was extremely responsive and can arrange laundry etc. Bring insect repellent if you visit during the rainy season!
