Wonderful experience! We had to book a last minute trip and happened upon this hamptons gem! Carmelo is an excellent host who strives to make his guests comfortable and feel right at home. Before we even arrived, Carmelo was thoughtfully preparing for our arrival - making sure everything was perfect and gathering gifts for everyone! The house and property are spacious and welcoming. From the glow in the dark rocks in the driveway to the soft bed sheets - the attention to detail is impeccable. The pool, hot tub, and theatre elevate the experience. My kids were in the pool from sun up to sun down. Then they would come in for theatre time at night. Carmelo checked in during our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory and it was! So pleased with this home and host, this will now be an annual tradition for us. This home paired with all the hamptons has to offer makes an incredible trip!

The house was perfect! Every item possibly needed was available, especially the kitchen provided everything and the fridge was stocked with items we preferred. Cinema and hot tub were great, our kids loved it. The house was very clean and tidy. Carmelo as a host was more we had ever expected. He made sure we were comfortable and happy before and during our stay. He even left a few extras for the kids. We would highly recommend Carmelo and his house!

My wife and I took our two young kids here for a relaxing week. The house is even better in person than it is in the pictures. Carmelo was an amazing host. He reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and left a few extras for the kids, which they loved! We’d absolutely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this wonderful home. We love it because it is so beautifully laid out, always immaculate, and every item possibly needed is available. It so it convenient to have such a large dining area with sliding doors that open out to the beautiful in ground pool and hot tub located in the expansive and private backyard. All of this along with a lower level theater make this house an absolute gem! The owner is extremely responsive to any questions that might arise and we cannot wait to return!

Carmelo is an incredible host. The house is amazing. There are great amenities indoors and outdoors. Carmelo made sure we were comfortable and happy before, during , and after our stay. The house fridge was stocked with items we preferred prior to arrival. He treated us to dinner and wine the first night. It was a nice touch. We felt right at home during our stay. The home theater was a nice added feature. He offered to drop off beach chairs to the house so we can use them during g our stay. No stone was left unturned to make sure we had the best time. I would highly recommend Carmelo-he is the best and the house is great too!
