周边性价比最高的住房。房间很温馨，房主人热情好客，尽可能的提供了他能提供的食物、用品等等。停车不是太方便，需要及时挪车，不然贴罚单。当房东会亲自带着去告诉你怎么停车。非常感谢！

I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnb and VRBO places over the past decade. It’s my preferred way to travel. Clean living space, responsive host, clear instructions - these are table stakes. What truly earns my enthusiastic endorsement are the extra steps a host takes to make you feel at home. Kathrin is that kind of host. You won’t feel like you’re staying in a rental property - you’ll feel like a guest in your friend’s home. Fresh flowers, live plants, chocolates on the bedside table, towels folded with flair, cozy ambient lightning, well stocked kitchen, breakfast supplies, fresh coffee… it was so nice! Aside from the amenities, the location is also great for accessing Ithaca Commons and Cornell (although it’s a steep walk uphill to the university - we drove instead!). Highly recommend Kathrin’s home!

One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in, especially in the US. The location is great: It's a quick walk to the Commons, and though it's right by a main road, we didn't hear that inside the Airbnb. The amenities were generous and thoughtful. As a part of an old house, the apartment had character and charm — without feeling dirty or worn! We've already decided we'd love to come back and stay again if in the area in the future.

The apartment was very clean and private and close to shops and restaurants. My only suggestion would be maybe a TV or some kind of radio or Bluetooth

We loved this place--everything about it. It was cozy and comfortable, beautiful, spacious and cool. All the linenes were NEW, which was so great. Kathrin and Neil had extra amenities for us that were so welcomining and lovely. They know how to add the right touches to make the stay special.
