We loved our stay here, there were plenty of things for our kids to play with. The loft was a big hit in our family such a cool place to relax and hang out! Some of the information (about dumpsters and things) was a little dated and there were new instructions that conflicted with the old information. We also wish that there would have been more cleaning supplies so we could clean the place ourselves during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

A peaceful place to stay that is very conveniently located near the Alyeska Resort - only a few minute drive. Beautiful home that's a great value. I especially enjoyed the little breakfast balcony located right off the kitchen and the soaking tub/jacuzzi in the master bath. Completely a one-off and resolvable issue, but there was a beeping coming from the kitchen (we think, after much triangulating) the entire three night stay. It only happened about three times an hour and couldn't be heard from the bedrooms, so we weren't overly concerned. It definitely made the stay memorable as a source of lots of jokes and laughter.

Wonderful private retreat!

The management group was terrible not helpful and lied to us. we had a main water break in one of their properties and trying to contact them was impossible so we put ourselves at risk and try to fix it at 3:30 in the morning. We took it upon ourselves to call the fire department which showed up and we stayed out in the freezing cold for about an hour. All of our stuff was soaked and they did nothing help us z. we had to book an emergency hotel room and rebook an Airbnb as it was below freezing and we were soaking wet with a one-year-old three-year-old and 10-year-old. The property manager said he would come our stay due to our inconvenience and putting ourselves at risk and they only comped the cleaning fee. Vacasa should be ashamed .
