Helder has a beautiful place with a great open living/dining area & plenty of comfy seating. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, table settings & coffee cups, microwave, toaster, coffee pot & washing machine. The apartment is located one floor up but there are two small elevators for easily transporting luggage.There are two notebooks containing information about the house, nearby services & restaurants & other useful tips. We had a slight problem with the electricity going out but were able to contact our host & quickly resolve the issue by resetting the switches. Very quiet neighborhood & the Metro station was within easy walking distance.

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment; very close to main train station; about 20~30mins walk from main tourist areas. We'd consider using this place again if we ever return to Porto.

The apartment is large, comfortable and convenient for a large family. For the most part it was clean, could have been better. My biggest complaints: 1. Property is rented to large families yet water heater was not sufficient or needed repairs. The first two would bathe with lukewarm water but the rest of our 10 people group had ice cold water. I texted Hélder and never heard from anyone. 2. The biggest concern were the uneven floor boards in the hallway. There must have been water damage at some point and the floor is buckled. We tripped several times and one of our family fell flat on their face. We finally placed a chair in the hallway over the buckled floor to prevent any further issues. It is a great property but these items must be repaired or advise the renters so they have the option to not rent or accept it as is. Internet was spotty. The location is about 20 minute walk to most restaurants. Helder did allow early check in and Maria was great at the orientation.
