AVOID at all costs! We booked it and it immediatelly accepted our money and the booking was done. The host on other hand did never respond to anything. We were travelling by car and until we arrived in Sarajevo we still had no response. The time of arrival was overdue and there was still no response. We did not know what to do or where to go. We had to look for a different stay. Airbnb instructions were not precise enough if the money would be fully refunded because the theoretically the clock already started ticking as if we arrived and the message was that the refund would take place partially but obviously there was no problem with full refund. Still it was very unpleasent to search for another location in the last minute already in Sarajevo. This was the worst experience for me since we were short on time to get to a concert. Finally this is something i wish nobody would have to go through. Still weeks later, there is no response from this host whatsoever. No excuse, nothing.
