Giorgia & the place were great. The only complaint was when arriving. I communicated with Giorgia when my train would arrive & when we’d get to the Airbnb. We were 1 minute late & no one was there so I messaged her to let her know we arrived & she sent Massimo to greet us. He was over 10 minutes late as we stood in freezing, windy rain. When Massimo greeted us his behavior was odd and he awkwardly watched another tenant leave their door before helping us. He then walked around the corner and told us to “wait”, as if he didn’t want us seeing where he was going, came back and told us to follow. We didn’t even get to the door and made us follow him back to the gate. He later talked something about “trash” assuming we knew what to do- we were confused. Also, he asked for our passports & took photos of them. Upon Googling, it’s normal practice, but it wasn’t mentioned in the listing & he didn’t explain why, he just demanded our passports. He was agitated and seemed paranoid the entire time

Our stay at Giorgio’s flat was perfect! She was incredibly friendly throughout the entire booking and stay! It was our first time to Venice and the location to the train station was ideal and so easy to find! Her flat was so cozy and comfortable, we felt right at home and check in was a breeze! I would highly recommended to anyone needing the perfect stay close to the train station! We would definitely return as well! Thank you again Giorgia!

Questa casa è comoda, pulita, bella, calda e abbastanza grande. È facile trovare casa e centro. Giorgia e un altro uomo mi ha spiegato chiaro della casa. Sono gentili. Grazie mille e arrivederci.

Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés … aucune surprise, l’endroit est très calme, joliment décoré et très bien équipé et spacieux. La literie est très confortable.Les photos correspondent parfaitement. Il faut choisir ce logement si vous voulez être à proximité de la gare ferroviaire et routière. Nous tenions à remercier chaleureusement Georgia de nous avoir permis de laisser nos valises avant de reprendre notre avion. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir si l’occasion devait se représenter.
