Myself, my wife, and two children (13 and 11) had a fantastic stay at Lynn's home. Location, location, location, and what a view! I cannot recommend this home enough, the property and view that comes along with it are perfect. To sit in the living room and just watch the water and the wildlife was so restorative and much needed during this very stressful time. Additionally the centralized location puts you in striking distance of all of the Hamptons and is most importantly positioned perfectly to access roads that are not Rt. 27 helps tremendously with traffic avoidance. My family had fun fishing off the dock, using the canoe, fishing off the canoe, swimming in the pool, and enjoying the view. Lynn was very easy to communicate with and we will definitely be renting from her again if the home is available.

This is a lovely house, with a great and unique design that takes advantage of its special location on the bay. Convenient to everything, but quiet and private with wonderful wildlife and water views. Loved the pool as well! Great communication from the Host and overall a really great stay!
