This was the perfect place for us to stay for an event at the University Dayton Arena. It is located in a safe, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants were a short drive away. The home was perfectly clean and comfortable, as well as accurately depicted in the listing. The beds, linens, and towels were clean and soft. Great value, and we would stay again!

Upon entering there was an awful odor. In short, the sofa and upholstered chair were unusable and ended up being cleaned. We had to use chairs from the deck for 5 days while they were cleaning it. The grill was listed but broken and unusable. There were no lamps or tables in the living room. Minimal silverware so ended up buying more. Nearly all of the kitchen pans were unusable. They did bring a new set. We rented for 27 days. The place was not only filthy, there were only enough supplies (TP, paper towels, complimentary dishwasher tabs/laundry detergent) for about a week. The same as what we would expect someone staying 4-5 days would get. We also saw ants coming through the floor vents. If we could attach photos to prove our disappointment, we would.

The home was nice, clean and in a very peaceful area! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again sometime!

Overall Joshua was a perfect host, replied quickly to any questions. The house was fantastic with plenty to do around the area. There’s some minor maintenance needed to the walls but as a general contractor it’s something I personally pick up on quickly. Home was gorgeous, and honestly the photos don’t do it justice.
