House was very welcoming. PLENTY of space for all 8 of our guests. House has a great layout with an open concept main floor flowing from the kitchen to dining room to living room easily. Made a great hangout area for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Kitchen is large with plenty of cooking area. Super easy to find the house and the access to the house was a breeze. Unable to try out the backyard due to all the snow but looks like a great entertaining area during the summer. We'd definitely come back, Grand Lake is amazing during the summer months!

Amazing cabin for our annual snowmobiling trip! Perfect for a group of 7 with everything you'll need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Cozy living room and nice big dinning table. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

The house is beautiful and was exactly how it was described. Dennis was proactive with his communication and gave very clear instructions. We had no problems at all staying here.

Amazing house and location, it is very big and spacious and had everything for a family and friends getaway. Great location and amenities nearby. Be aware that g- maps will route you through a private road unless you follow exact host instructions.
