You will not disappoint with Xavi as your host. He is responsive and passionate at helping his guests having a safe and joyful trip. Under the worst circumstances, he provided excellent care to us and my family. It’s the friend you make on your journey that makes the journey special.

We can clearly recommend this apartment! It is very close to public transport and the extraordinary Sagrada Familia is just around the corner. The neighbourhood is safe and very nice, with lots of restaurants, breakfast places, bakeries, supermarkets within walking distance and/or around the corner.  The apartment is very specious, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and a table for four. The bathrooms have a good size and enough storage space. The bedrooms have a good size and enough storage space too. The window of bedroom 2 and 3 go out to a inner patio, so they have no view. Bedroom 1 faces the street, which is very busy by day, quieter by night. However remember: you are in the middle of the city. People live here, goods are delivered for the shops, people go to work and come home in the evenings etc. Still, it was quiet enough for a good nights sleep.  The lounge is nice and comfortable. We did not use the TV or the Wifi, so I cannot comment on this.  The apartment looks exactly as in the fotos and everything was very clean! Communication with Xavi was quick and uncomplicated. He met us at the apartment for check in. Everything went very well. We had a great time and are looking forward to come back.

The apartment in a very good location, just 4 min walk from the nearest metro station and Sagrada Familia cathedral, 1 min from Gaudi Avenue full of restaurants. clean and fully equipped, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. The host was very nice, always available to help, interested in his guests. I recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

Xavi’s place is bright and airy, very clean and plenty of room. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus. The location is great, very near Sagrada Familia. Xavi as a host was always available and very helpful. Recommend booking tickets in advance for popular sightseeing trips. We also did the gondala, amazing views. We would also recommend La Fonda restaurant in Olympic Park, excellent food and staff, Sebastian and team great fun. Downside - Unfortunately one of our party was mugged, so a warning ⚠️ make sure you are vigilant with bags and be wary of mopeds as it was a man on one of these that whipped my cousins bag, happened very quickly.

Xavi was so kind and was waiting for us at the door at time of check in. What I really appreciated was the fact that he sent very detailed information regarding check-in, things to do around Barcelona and actual maps of the metro and how to get from the airport to the apartment. Xavi was also very responsive to messages while we were there regarding concerns we had. Location was awesome, we were able to walk by the Sagrada Família every day and admire such a beautiful structure.
