Fab stay in Allendale, Lion House was excellent pub and the village v nice. Fab walk along the river 👍🏻

Jason's cottage is excellent value for money! The property is very spacious, with more than enough space for 6 guests. The location is ideal for a peaceful retreat, and I cannot fault Jason himself for his communication before and during the stay. Would definitely consider returning if visiting the area again! 😊

This cottage is absolutely huge inside! Pictures don't do it justice. Sofas are really comfortable too. Gorgeous property. Would absolutely stay here again. Excellent find.

Excellent clean house . Enjoyed our stay. Great location and the village has two pubs and the sausages from the local butcher were fantastic! Cheers.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hare and hounds.The kitchen was much bigger than it looks in the photos with a welcome box with crackers biscuits and crisps.there was a basket with logs and kindling ready to get the fire going.the lounge was spacious and comfortable.the bedrooms were a good size ,our massive bed was very comfy and the bedding was clean along with white towels.we had everything we needed. We found it quiet .the coop is a few minites walk and pubs nearby.turn left out of the front door there is a lovely walk along the river where we found the best cafe with cakes and scones and dogs very welcome.our host was very responsive we would stay again if in the area
