Really enjoyed me weekend stay here. Bed comfortable, nice area to sit and watch TV, well equipped kitchen area, ground coffee and cafetiere (no oven but everything else that I needed), table and chairs to sit at when eating. Gemma's husband even parked his car on the road so I could have the parking on the drive!

Location was good while visiting family in the area, unit definitely much smaller than I thought it would be. Really not fitted out to have a long term guest, I was there 2 weeks. Really not enough cooking options and no microwave. I was out most of the time, so that wasn’t a huge issue. I had numerous issues with the shower, which I used problem free the first 3 days I was there, then I couldn’t get the bigger shower head working again. Gemma and Dan were great at responding when I had an issue, very prompt and Dan was right there when I didn’t have hot water, resolved it in a few minutes, blown fuse. I wasn’t sure about having to use the plug in radiator, as main house controls the wall radiators.

I booked at short notice and I was delighted with this studio. It was clean and well equipped, with a quiet residential location and a parking space. Gemma was proactive in making sure check in was smooth and easy for me, even though I wasn't arriving until very late. A great find.

lovely clean with a homely feeling we was there for 2 nights and totally loved the place first class host would 💯% recommend will definitely be doing it again thanks Gemma
