Eine wunderschöne Villa in den Hügeln von Lovran mit einer unglaublichen Garten- und Poolanlage. 10 Minuten über einen Fußweg zum Strand und Dorf. In der Gegend Richtung Süden gibt es viele kleine hidden beaches, ideal v.a. nach der Hauptsaison. Man mietet die Kellerwohnung, der Rest vom Haus wird von den sehr netten und ruhigen Besitzern bewohnt. Der Pool ist nicht direkt vor der Ferienwohnung, sondern grenzt an das Wohnzimmer der Besitzer. Trotzdem hatten wir den Pool ungestört für uns. Das ganze Haus und Gründstück inkl. Poolarea wird von Kameras überwacht und es gibt 2 kleine, friedliche Hunde. Die Hunde bleiben der Ferienwohnung aber fern. Es war sehr schön und ich empfehle es jedem, der Ruhe, ein Traumhaus und Natur sucht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier, Danke!

Absolutely stunning place, with a view to die for. It is by foot ~10mins to the ocean with some perfect places on the coast to swim, there are excellent restaurants nearby (Nobilion, etc.), supermarkets are 5mins by foot. It is quiet, the pool is perfectly clean and warm, the hosts were exceptionally nice, fruit trees everywhere.. just a paradise. 10/10 would absolutely go again and can highly recommend.

Villa Arta is one of the most beautiful places we’ve been to. Thanks to this beautiful spot, our first trip to Croatia was perfect! The host family are the nicest people, very attentive and caring. They recommended some nice restaurants in Lovran which is a very picturesque little town. The home is beautiful, comfortable and very clean, parking available. The garden and the pool area are stunning!!! If you look for a beautiful piece of earth to relax, Villa Arts is perfect! Beautiful little beaches and bays are only 10 minutes away by walk, Opatija 10 minutes by car. We can highly recommend this place for couples who are looking for a private little oasis of recreation combined with beach life, bars and restaurants in the sea districts.
