Excelente ubicación y vista, muy cómoda la estadía y siempre atentos a cada detalle, importante que al momento de hacer la reserva informar sobre el cobro de la manilla para hacer check in por cada persona mayor a 9 años, aún así muy recomendable

We stayed 5 nights at Juan Fernando's apartment from November 20 to 25. The apartment is very nice although it needs some restoration. The place is very central and beautiful with access to bars and restaurants. The closest beach was very dirty. We went to another beach a little further away. The apartment runs out of air conditioning when leaving due to the key card power system. This was difficult for us since we had a pet that was going to stay in the room during the day. I spoke to Juan Fernando about it and he was very understanding. He gave me the key to the door so the air would work and my pet wouldn't have a problem. Overall we had a great time and would return another time. I would recommend it to friends and family. Thank you very much Juan Fernando.
