This is a cool space. We knew this was kind of small and that it was on the 4th floor going in, which might not be for everyone but we like this. The upper level loft was super cozy - my wife referred to it as the tree house - love the skylight. This apartment was quite clean and had everything we needed while traveling, actually kind of amazing how much was packed into this space without being cluttery. Very quiet location and convenient. We walked to everything so an excellent location for walking around Florence. This would not be so great if using a vehicle. Arianna was very fast to respond to questions we had, good source of information!

Arianna’s place was great. She was helpful during the check-in process, especially considering our arrival window changed a bit last-minute. We loved the skylight. The location is excellent and felt very near to the main sights in Florence but also a touch away from hordes of tourists. The one draw back was bathroom lacking a fan, but that’s a consequence of an old building and not critical. There’s a natural air vent and air fresheners to help, but it can get stagnant in there. Still, the apartment suited our needs. No complaints!

Arianna's Viola house is compact yet powerful! The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and packs a punch with all its amenities and functions including high speed Internet, two Smart TV, ACs, and electric cooktop if you want a hot beverage. The best part about it is its location right at city center. Florence is a walkable city, but you never have to stress about time if you are staying in this apartment. On most days we were able to go back to the apartment to freshen up before dinner. The apartment is just the right size for two people. However the apartment is on the fourth floor and it was a quite a climb especially with luggages so keep that in mind if stairs are difficult for you. To top it all off, Arianna is an extremely responsive host during our entire stay and she was proactive in reaching out to us about check-in and check-out. She was also very understanding and accommodating of our in and out times as well. Highly recommend!

We loved the place and the location. It is a really neat apartment and Arianna does a great job communicating as a host. In terms of location, you couldn't ask for better.
