The apartment is very small and fine as a place to crash. It has no view and is in a very busy district. Access to the city is as described (10-15 mins by bus) but the bus is invariably very crowded. Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful, complete, old cities but the experience is almost completely destroyed by tourism and excessive price gouging. Everything is double what you can expect to pay anywhere else. Bear this in mind when you judge the price/value of Ana's apartment.

I had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik in Ana’s place. The apartment is located in a quite residential area and close to the us to the old town. Ana gave me a lot of useful advice to visit the city and it’s surroundings. Her and her husband also took action immediately when they learned about a problem with the boiler and bought a new one the next day. I’d highly recommend Ana’s place for your stay in Dubrovnik.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana’s apartment. It’s is a lovely place with a great view and I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio. The area is great with lots of restaurants and bars close by. It is a short walk to Sunset Beach and an easy bus ride to the old town. Ana and her husband are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely stay if ever in beautiful Dubrovnik again.

We had a very beautiful stay at Ana’s Apartment. We were in contact with her throughout the whole stay and she answered very quickly to all our messages, even organizing trips for us to Elaphiti Islands and Bosnia and Herzegowina, which were very beautiful. The apartment was clean and we felt safe and comfortable in the area of Lapad with its beautiful beach and promenade. Ana was a very friendly host and always ready to help. We can only recommend the accommodation.
