Good acommodation for good price.

We stayed during a heatwave, unfortunately, being English and more used to cold temperatures. Air conditioning in the apartment made it very comfortable even in the worst heat and the pool was good for cooling off after a long day. Nicoletta was very friendly and even gave us a wedding anniversary present during our stay. We were very happy with our holiday.

We had the most amazing time. The studio is so close to the regional railway. There was no need to hire a car. We were able to travel to Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre with such ease. The location is fabulous, so close to the main attractions, yet so private and peaceful, when you’re at the accommodation. Nicoletta and her family were so welcoming and gave us great advice. We would love to return in the future. Thank you Nicoletta!

Great quiet place to stay, exactly as described and as per the photos. Its small but has everything you need and was very clean, it was plenty enough space for a couple and a child. Nicoletta was helpful and helped us check in even when we arrived really late. Its 5 minutes walk to a large supermarket, there's a pool at the house you can use, it's less than 15 minutes walk to the leaning tower. It's by the train station (but quiet, we didn't hear trains) where you can travel to Pisa Centrale or there's lot of bus links if you'd rather not walk. I'd definitely stay again!
