Floriana and her assistant Sofia were helpful and proactive before the trip began. I was able to check in slightly early without a problem. My bag missed a connecting flight and Sofia helped tremendously, coordinating with the delivery company to make arrangements for me to meet them to get the bag. The Airbnb is in a beautiful setting on a hillside and the views are just as depicted in the listing. I attended a wedding at Villa Eva in conjunction with this stay and the venue was about a 3 minute walk away up some stairs. Speaking of the stairs, access to the apartment does include walking up a couple of long ramps from the town square and then down a long staircase. It wasn’t difficult but if you have mobility issues getting to and from the apartment could be a challenge. Would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for a visit to Ravello!

Casa Elena was a great base to explore this beautiful part of the world. We enjoyed the peace away from the main square. The shower was great, large bed, beautiful terrace with amazing views and Sophia was very welcoming. There is a great little pizzeria around the corner - Mimi’s.

Ravello is beautiful and this apartment was as well. Very private setting and beautiful views.... and squeaky clean bedroom and bathroom. Especially appreciated Sofia helping arrange porters for arrival and departure. I recommend using porters to get suitcases from the city center to your apartment as the city ... although beautiful ... is a bit hilly with lots of steps to navigate. I would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Floriana's rental was absolutely perfect for our first trip to Ravello! The scenic view from the relaxing terrace to the neat, clean, cozy interior were all wonderful! Walking distance to town center and shops but far enough away to feel privacy.
