Bit misunderstanding at the beginning, but found the way how to solve it luckily. Anyway it could be nice place to stay for group of ppl without any expectations.

The location of the apartment is grt..it’s close by to supermarkets, it’s opposite to the square and the park.. if you staying here it better not to have luggage as the apartment it’s on the 4th floor and no elevators. Plus when we stayed there was construction work that was happening so the AC was not working but that was not a issue as the host gave us a powerful fan Nd the weather was perfect 😍

Great Stay in Kutaisi! The location was simply perfect, the apartment - clean and modern, comfortable and convenient; the host and his helpers - efficient and super quick to communicate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is a nice, new, and clean apartment in a great location. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. Communication was good and easy. The wifi was strong and consistent. Overlooking the square you have your choice of restaurants to eat. The kitchen didn't really have any of the needed utensils to cook meals but the hostess provided a hot plate and skillet to cook eggs. The unit has AC but it wasn't needed because of the breeze from the windows. It is on the 5th floor so you do get some great exercise throughout the day. Free parking was a nice plus! Nice bathroom. I would definitely stay again!
