Arie's apartment is very convenient and in a very good location. Nice red-sea view from the balcony. The host is very responsive (suggested a bigger apartment to meet our needs). The apartment need some maintenance.

Arie's apartment had a few problems. One of the couches was broken, the sofas inside had some stains and dust, the seats in the balcony were dirty, with lots of dust and some food leftovers and hairs in them, the showers leaked water if you weren't careful, there was no hand towel in the bathroom or in the kitchen, and the bedroom shade was broken at first and after Arie fixed it it was still missing a piece, such that light came in during the morning. Arie tried fixing some of the things we reported, brought the welcome letter, water and wine on the second day, but also left some of the replaced parts on the floor while doing so. We had a nice time in Eilat, the supermarket is just around the corner, it's a few minutes drive to the beach or to the center. We'll certainly visit Eilat again, but we won't be coming back to this apartment.

Good location and nice apartment

We stayed here for two nights as a group of 7. The apartment is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and the kitchen is fully furnished, which was great for eating on a budget. It was great that we were able to check in and check out whenever we wanted, and Arie was accommodating of our request to check out late. However, the air conditioning was not as strong as we would have hoped, especially considering how hot Eilat can be. Also, one of the showers didn’t turn on well, and there were not enough sheets for both pull out couches. However, Arie was responsive whenever we reached out to him, and the bathroom and bedrooms were clean. Overall, this apartment is very nice and within decent walking distance to the main beach area and restaurants.
