We had a lovely stay at the property which was comfortable, airy, clean with a fantastic large garden full of bird song in the morning. It had everything we needed for our stay. It’s located near a bus stop with regular buses which takes you directly into York city centre in 20 minutes, and a few steps away from a Lidl – both super useful! Sarah was a great host. In the run up to our stay she provided plenty of suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the area. There was also a really handy folder of information at the property, including times of buses. She was very responsive in the run up and throughout our stay. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Amazing house in a lovely residential area not too far from the town centre so it was a walkable distance. House was immaculate and tidy on arrival with a warm welcome. Garden was huge!! Host was very welcoming and friendly and easy to communicate with. If I could give it more stars I would. Will definitely be booking this place again!

What a wonderful place to stay in York. It was warm and welcoming with everything was exactly as listed. It was really convenient and easy to find. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to stay in York.

Lovely house with a beautiful garden, 15 minutes drive from York. Perfect location if you want to explore the surroundings! The house is exactly as described, Sarah supported in supplying all the necessary equipment for our son (travel cot and high chair) and was very flexible with our request. 100% recommended!
