除了公寓位置不大好，需要爬一个很大的坡，其他一切都还不错！
What an incredible stay. Iras place made us feel right at home. Roof top pool has the best views of patong. Room got cleaned frequently with fresh linens for our 3 week stay. Also was in a perfect area. Close to a bunch of great restaurants. Ac worked great, kitchen had everything we needed to cook some food. Would defiantly be back!!
+ Very clear room. Bathroom very clean and looks like new. There was all what you need. Feels like at home. Perfect location. There was pool on the roof with very nice view at the night city. We love it view. Good parking in the shadows - The sound insulation of this building is very poor. The front door lets all sounds through, it feels like shes not there. If there are even slightly noisy neighbors, you will hear them well. I advise you to take earplugs, since we used them almost every day, since our neighbors’ air conditioner is faulty and it vibrates and at night this sound will make it difficult to sleep. And few times we should go to the neighbours at night and tell them to be little bit quiet. To reach the building on foot, you will have to walk up a steep slope to about the 10th floor. But if you have transport, then this is no problem. We had a bike. Conclusion, we would stay there again.

We settled down in Thailand back in 2010. As we have 2 sons, Phuket with its highly developed residential infrastructure, turned to be a perfect place for them to get the initial international education and happy colorful childhood. We truly love Phuket, Thailand, Thai people and their culture ,and of course Thai cuisine. It's a great place for people like us, who love travelling and exploring the world. We take our hosting business seriously. As we manage not only our apartment, but also some, that belong to our friends, who cannot afford staying in Thailand all the time. That's why we are always eager to go the extra mile to make sure our guests are not only satisfied, but happy with our service. Both me and my husband work in construction / real-estate field. That's why we know the island inside out and are always eager to share our knowledge with our guests. Whether it's a local seafood market, an inexpensive shopping center or a mobile phone repair shop - we are always happy to share our knowledge and send the location if needed. We are quite easy going, or at least we seem to be easy going to ourselves :D . And we are always online and responsive, so if you need our help or advice just drop us a message via any popular mobile live chat, as we use most of them, either in English, Thai or Russian as we speak all three languages fluently.
