Prior to arrival, I had a few logistics questions which were promptly and completely responded. We were warmly greeted at our vehicle by the hosts upon arrival. The villa bathroom was a unique design with sunken shower which my wife and I marveled at. We slept on ground level while son had the whole upstairs. Bed. had mosquito nets, but never saw mosquitoes. There is an eye to detail for everything. We went to Ijen which is about 45 minutes away. Marc had a world of information. Food was inexpensive and cheerful. We had something for everyone. About us: we are mixed Javanese - American couple with extensive travel experience. This place was awesome.

Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Erica und Marc haben alles möglich gemacht, damit wir ihr erschaffenes Wohlfühlparadies uneingeschränkt genießen können. Sowohl das liebevoll gestaltete Grundstück, das Essen im eigenen Restaurant, die angebotenen Ausflüge, die inspirierenden Gespräche als auch die megamäßig tolle Massage werden wir in Erinnerung behalten. Wenn ihr im Inselosten einen besonderen Ort sucht, seid ihr im Mi Casa goldrichtig!

Ericka and Marc are amazing couple! The house is incredible, clean, tidy and all the details are so thoughtful. The food is also really delicious, Ericka and Marc are so nice and give us guidance to local sightseeing

Our time with Ericka and Mark was magical. They are truly wonderful and caring hosts. Their property is superb. Our villa was elegant and beautiful and felt as though we were staying in the "true" Java. During our stay we enjoyed the beautiful nature, animals and marvelous guest houses. Ericka arranged for tours and drivers for us and I cannot express how much that improved our time in the area as I had never been to Indonesia and was unfamiliar with the area. Because of her assistance, we were able to see and enjoy attractions we would not have seen otherwise. She and Mark are such caring hosts and people, and the others working there were kind and attentive as well. The home cooking was some of the best food we had while visiting Java. I have stayed at Airbnb's in many parts of the world, and I can confidently say that Ericka's place is in the top two for me. My only regret is that I live in Florida so it will be a long time before I return to Indonesia, because I would love to make staying at her villa an annual vacation. Do yourself and book with Ericka - you will be glad you did.
