Incredible stay! Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors, the peace, and the quiet! It was a lovely stay, Tracey was very kind and fun to chat with! Lots of space, we felt at home here!!

Tracey was a great house and the house was perfect for out needs. We were in the area only for one night but I wished we could have stayed another day just to take advantage f the great garden and backyard. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Wichita.

Easy access to I-135. 15 min to downtown Wichita. 5min to Hartman Arena. Tracey was extremely responsive and helpful. Super kind human with a cheerful disposition. We enjoyed our stay in this peaceful neighborhood. Back deck was great for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine and conversation in the evening. French press and coffee beans made morning coffee special! We will def be back if our travels take us to Wichita. Thank you Tracey!!

Tracey's place is perfect for a relaxing get away. It is clean, easily accessible and yet private. Friendly. Hot tub is a nice feature.
