After an unfortunate experience upon arrival in Orange Beach at a condo we had rented through a different agency, Brooks and Shorey absolutely salvaged our vacation with assistance in relocation to Fort Walton Beach! As a result of their unmatched customer service and the pristine quality of the unit they recommended for us (and at a wonderful price), what started out as a ruined vacation at the hands of a different agency proved to be one of the very best vacations we’ve ever had and all thanks are due to Brooks and Shorey for that! We were so pleased with the unit and with the customer service, we are booking another trip with them for just a couple of months away. 10 out of 10 recommend Brooks and Shorey, as well as Islander unit #4007! If you can get a very nice young lady named Hannah as your Brooks and Shorey rep, that’s even better! She is awesome!

The place has easy beach access and the beach service was great. The kitchen was not as well stocked as I expected (no towels and limited silverware). The beds were comfortable for those who like a firm mattress (like me!). The quality of the starter toilet paper was not great. The host was responsive and provided a great recommendation for a dolphin cruise! The balcony was spacious and had plenty of furniture. The pool is just below the balcony, but the other guests respected the quiet time. Kitchen was very spacious and had good appliances.

My family and I loved this place. I always get nervous staying in a new place but 4007 was a hit. Everything was so clean. The building that the condo was in is very clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend!
