Cosy house ideal for up to 11 persons at the shore of the river Capitán with swimming pool and large park. There are 5 bedrooms (1 double bed with private bathroom, 1 double bed room and 2 three-bed rooms and 1 small one-bed room), 2 bathrooms, 1 addicional toilet room, 1 living/dining room with chimney, 1 kitchen, covered deck/terrasse with barbecue (rates are for the entire house, up to 11 persons/night.) The house is fully equipped, with Satellite-TV, Internet access. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven microwave, toaster, and cookware/dishes. In the park (about 10.000 m2) you have a swimming pool, fire place/barbecue, a wooden pier for relaxing, deckchairs and a deck at the sand beach. Some of the outdoor facilities (one part of the beach, the pier) are shared with the guests that are in other houses in the same park (the swimming pool however is privat, exclusively for this house). Two double sit-on-top kayaks are available. During the day, there is one public boat per hour to Tigre (about 45 minutes), from where you get to the centre of Buenos Aires by train in another 50 minutes (about every 15 to 20 minutes a train). There is a grocery and a riverside camping offers lunch and dinner nearby. On the opposite bank of the river there are several restaurants, which are mainly open during the day. The house has been refurbished in 2023 with new bathrooms and new floors with a more comfortable distribution. PS: We speak Spanish, English, German and French
